Management of Other Services Providers

Wellsite operations are capital-intensive, technologically-advanced, high-risk (to workers, environment, and operator’s reputation). Multiple services providers, personalities, operators, cultures, sensibilities, etc must be managed effectively and efficiently to ensure delivery of individual workscopes on time and without adverse events.

PEAK’s personnel will deploy their vast knowledge and hands-on experience to extract maximum value from all participants, workers, and stakeholders. From the rig contractor, directional/MWD/LWD engineers, loggers, to the logistics personnel and caterers, PEAK will ensure that everyone understands and is capable of delivering individual workscopes as well as work safely with the rest of the wellsite teams to deliver the wells safely and cost-effectively.

​​PEAK will ensure compliance by all persons to industry best practices, lessons learned, industry standards, operator’s policies, and regulatory mandates.

​Logistics, ERP, Security, and Community Management

Peak operates in the heart of the Niger Delta. We have hands-on experience tackling the numerous logistics, security, and community management challenges in the region. We perform the following activities, among others:

• Base support hub(s) set-up

• ERP Planning (Medivac plans , Clinics & Hospitals, blowout and fire ERP)​
